All payments for services rendered by Cue Five Stars INC are due upon completion of the service. Payment must be made in full before any tax documents, filings, or business formation materials are submitted or finalized. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, check, and Zelle. Clients are responsible for ensuring that payment is made promptly and in the correct amount as invoiced.

Once services have been provided, all payments are non-refundable, except in cases of verified billing errors or duplicate payments. Because our services involve professional time, expertise, and labor, refunds cannot be issued after work has been completed or submitted. If a billing error is identified, Cue Five Stars INC will promptly investigate and, if necessary, issue a correction or refund.

Clients are expected to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information. Returned checks, failed transfers, or any other issues related to insufficient funds may result in additional fees and could delay the completion of services. Repeated nonpayment or payment issues may result in suspension of services or refusal of future work.

All pricing is provided before services begin, ensuring full understanding and agreement of charges. Additional fees may apply for complex cases, expedited services, or additional consultations, but these will always be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

Cue Five Stars INC reserves the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
